Erica Werner, Manager
Erica was born and raised in Reading Pennsylvania and is currently a resident of Berks County. She is a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agent and Pennsylvania notary public with 14 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Prior to joining First Land Transfer as the Manager, Erica worked with T.A Title Insurance Company in Pittsburgh and Downingtown. Erica is energetic, hard working and a proven multi-task professional.
Lisa C. Lister, Settlement Agent
Lisa C. Lister lives in Thorndale, Pennsylvania, holds degrees in English & Political Science, is a licensed title agent and Pennsylvania Notary Public, worked in T.A. Downingtown branch for 5 years before coming to First Land Transfer in June, 2006.
Lois Frederick, Conveyancer
Lois Frederick has lived in the Downingtown area most of her life. Prior to joining First Land Transfer, she worked in the industry for 33 years as a title searcher and conveyancer in Chester County. Lois is a dedicated hard worker who always puts the customer first. |
